Privacy Policy

LookPair ("we", "us") is an AI styling service that composes complete outfits from real garments and, if you choose, renders them on your photo. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. Questions or requests: privacy@myreplica.io.

What we collect

• Email — only if you give it: to send you the looks you asked us to keep, or (if you opt in) the daily drop and looks for your taste. Optional.
• Phone number — only if you sign up for a feedback call: we use it to call, text or WhatsApp you about that call and nothing else. Optional.
• A random session ID stored in your browser, so we can remember your saved looks and photo.
• Usage events — which looks you open, style requests you type, and anonymous analytics.
• Your photo — only if you use the "try on" feature.

Your photo

If you upload a photo for try-on, it is used solely to generate images of you wearing outfits, via a third-party AI image model (Google's Gemini API). Your photo, and any try-on images generated from it:

• are never sold, never shared publicly, and never used to train AI models;
• are stored for a maximum of 30 days, then automatically deleted;
• can be deleted instantly at any time using the "Delete my photo" button in the app.

Biometric notice

Your photo may contain facial features. We process it only to render try-on images of you. We do not create or store a facial-recognition template, and we do not sell, lease, or trade this data. Retention: 30 days, or immediately upon your deletion request, after which it is permanently removed from storage. This serves as our written retention-and-destruction schedule under applicable biometric-privacy laws.

Email & marketing

If you ask for an alert (your size back in stock, a price drop, or picks before your event date), we email you when that happens and nothing else; reply “unsubscribe” (or «baja») to any alert and we stop. We keep the email, the dress and the size or date you chose only to send that alert, and delete them on request. If you ask us to keep your looks, we email you that list and nothing else unless you opt in to more. If you opt in, we send outfit drops and product news. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe, which we honor promptly. We do not sell your email address.

Advertising measurement

If you arrive from TikTok, we may use the TikTok Pixel to tell TikTok which ad visits led to engagement (for example, that a visitor looked at outfits, saved them, or tapped through to a store), so TikTok can measure and improve ad delivery. We never send TikTok your email, your phone number, your photo or the text you type. TikTok's use of that data is governed by its own privacy policy. To opt out, email privacy@myreplica.io or turn on your browser's Global Privacy Control.

Your rights

You can access or delete your data anytime by emailing privacy@myreplica.io, or by using the in-app "Delete my photo" control. California residents: we do not sell personal information. When you click a "Shop" link, you leave LookPair and transact directly on the retailer's site under their policies.

Children

LookPair is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect photos or personal information from children. Parents may email us to request deletion.

AI-generated images

Try-on images are generated by AI and are approximations — fit, color, and drape may differ from reality.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.
