LookPair ("we", "us") is an AI styling service that composes complete outfits from real garments and, if you choose, renders them on your photo. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. Questions or requests: privacy@myreplica.io.
If you upload a photo for try-on, it is used solely to generate images of you wearing outfits, via a third-party AI image model (Google's Gemini API). Your photo, and any try-on images generated from it:
Your photo may contain facial features. We process it only to render try-on images of you. We do not create or store a facial-recognition template, and we do not sell, lease, or trade this data. Retention: 30 days, or immediately upon your deletion request, after which it is permanently removed from storage. This serves as our written retention-and-destruction schedule under applicable biometric-privacy laws.
If you opt in, we send outfit drops and product news. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, which we honor promptly. We do not sell your email address.
You can access or delete your data anytime by emailing privacy@myreplica.io, or by using the in-app "Delete my photo" control. California residents: we do not sell personal information. When you click a "Shop" link, you leave LookPair and transact directly on the retailer's site under their policies.
LookPair is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect photos or personal information from children. Parents may email us to request deletion.
Try-on images are generated by AI and are approximations — fit, color, and drape may differ from reality.
We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.
